Delivery Information

At Omni Coffee Roasters FZE, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and reliably across the UAE.

  • Free delivery is available on all orders above AED 150.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 3:30 PM (Dubai only) are eligible for Saturday delivery.
  • Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Additional charges may apply for locations outside standard city limits.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and external factors.

Returns & Exchanges

Food & Consumable Products

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Items must remain unused and in original condition.
  • Food and consumable products are strictly non-returnable unless faulty upon delivery.
  • All return requests require prior approval. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Equipment & Non-Food Items

  • Returns may be accepted within 3 calendar days from the invoice date.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
  • Pre-authorization is mandatory before returning any item.
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

International Orders

International shipping is not available at this time.
