1. About Omni Coffee Roasters

Omni Coffee Roasters FZE is a company duly registered in the United Arab Emirates, operating from:

F1 and F2, Warehouse Number, Street 13, Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We supply specialty coffee, brewing equipment, grinders, and related accessories through our online platform.

2. Updates to These Terms

We may revise or replace these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective once published on this page. Your continued use of the Services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility to Use the Site

To use our Services or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Keep your login details secure
  
• Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account activity
  

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws.

5. E-Commerce Platform

Our online store operates using Shopify’s e-commerce infrastructure. Personal and transaction data may be processed in line with Shopify’s Privacy Policy as well as our own Privacy Policy.

6. Products, Pricing & Availability

• We aim to display accurate product descriptions and images; however, slight differences may occur, especially with handmade or natural products.
  
• All prices are listed in AED and include UAE VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  
• We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, or discontinue products without prior notice.
  
• Orders that appear fraudulent or abusive may be limited or cancelled at our discretion.
  

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and Stripe.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due and confirm that you are legally entitled to use that payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver within the UAE and GCC countries only.
  
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance.
  
• Ownership and risk pass to you once the order has been delivered.
  

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a AED 30 re-delivery fee may be charged.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Refund & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms. Key conditions include:

• Consumable items are non-returnable unless faulty
  
• Incorrect or defective items must be reported immediately and before use
  
• Damage to glass or ceramic items caused during delivery must be reported within 24 hours
  
• Approved non-defective returns require the customer to cover return shipping costs
  
• Items that are used, opened, or altered are not eligible for return and may be shipped back at the customer’s expense
  

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on our website, including text, images, logos, product information, and design elements, are owned by Omni Coffee Roasters FZE or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

11. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, images, or other content (“User Content”), you agree that:

• We may use, reproduce, and display the content worldwide without compensation
  
• You own the content or have permission to share it
  
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
  

We reserve the right to remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.

13. Product Disclaimer

Products are supplied “as available.” Natural variations in coffee flavor, agricultural origin, or handmade finishes (such as ceramics or glazing) are expected and are not considered defects.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law:

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the purchased product
  

This does not exclude liability for fraud, personal injury, or other matters that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omni Coffee Roasters FZE, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts. Your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law remain unaffected.
